What did you drive to work today?

Yesterday as I was pulling into the parking garage I noticed a hearse. I didn't think much about it until I realized that the hearse was pulling into the parking garage with me. (No, I'm really not making this up)

The hearse drove around the parking garage found a spot (well actually two spots since it was a little too long for one) and parked. Then a man got out, gathered his belongings, stepped away from the hearse and took a picture on his camera phone and then was off... I assume to work because it was still parked there when I went home.

All I could think was do you think he lost a bet? Because seriously who looks through the classifieds for a cheep car and decides on THAT? Then , of course, I took a picture for all of you because seriously... were you really going to believe me without proof? I'm not even sure I believe myself....

Makes you want to start snapping your fingers and singing the Adam's Family song... doesn't it? Oh go on admit it.... you know you want to....

He must have been a bad mortician for his funeral home to go bankrupt. I wonder if a car dealership would take that in on trade? LOL

Yeah-- that is to much. I don't think I would ever ride in one (never! I wasnt to be creamated!) let alone drive one around.

If he's anything like an ex of mine... it's his future race car or something. Strange...

Some friends of my parents had a used limo that they'd let people borrow. We took it all sorts of places you'd normally not see a limo. One Saturday we went to garage sales and another time we took it camping. My favorite thing to do was to roll down the windown and ask random people, "pardon me, would you happen to have any grey poupon" in the same cheezy accent as the TV commercial.

A limo is one thing, but a hearse? Creapy!

I love it!!! I'd drive it in a heart beat.... think of all the fun you could have. People jumping out of the back at stop lights, someone looking out the windows and yelling I'm not dead yet! Wow, now I'm gonna have to find a cheap hearse thanks

That's the weirdest thing I've heard in ages!

Actually, it's pretty common. I've known a couple that drove one. They were "goth" though. My dad wanted one so that it would be easier to load and unload his music equipment and wouldn't have to worry about it getting wet.

We have three hearses around here that are used as personal vehicles. One has flames across the front, one has a fake arm hanging out the back, and the other is baby blue. People are so weird.
